I’m having this same problem—i.e., Tesla doesn’t hear voice commands (not sound waves) and nobody on the phone can hear me. It’s been this way for months. Is this something that can be addressed by mobile service?

Starting about 3 days ago, I’ve been getting false “hard braking” dings to my safety score. I’ve been at this for months and am well trained in not using the brake at all. So I know I’m not using the brake but I’m still getting hard braking dings. Is anyone else experiencing this?

It is indeed being held up by tape. I pushed it back, but it doesn't adhere well. Like worn out tape. Good point about the alignment issue potentially being the root cause. Could well be. Thank you!

I took delivery of a Model X in March 2022. The driver-side door (both now and at the time of delivery) does not close in a manner that is flush with the passenger doors. The falcon wing door handles also do not align on one side. And trimming is coming off near the bottom of the vehicle...

Thanks for the replies! Yes— we’ve done the serious talking to as others suggested (as if that didn’t occur to us 😂). And no—we don’t see belting our 4yo daughter as a workable solution. But it does sound like those buttons cannot be deactivated. I might try the cardboard solution.
