I’m having this same problem—i.e., Tesla doesn’t hear voice commands (not sound waves) and nobody on the phone can hear me. It’s been this way for months. Is this something that can be addressed by mobile service?

Starting about 3 days ago, I’ve been getting false “hard braking” dings to my safety score. I’ve been at this for months and am well trained in not using the brake at all. So I know I’m not using the brake but I’m still getting hard braking dings. Is anyone else experiencing this?

It is indeed being held up by tape. I pushed it back, but it doesn't adhere well. Like worn out tape. Good point about the alignment issue potentially being the root cause. Could well be. Thank you!

Thanks for this analysis. I think I"ll go ahead and take delivery. I actually needed a larger car for my growing family so badly that I ended up leasing one as I had been waiting for the X since February. So that has lessened the immediacy of the need. Thanks again!

Right now there is no U.S. federal tax credit for any Teslas. Question is the future legislation -- when will it be signed into law and in what form? I think the extent of the credit varies depending on cost of the EV, whether the EV was manufactured by unions, and the income of the buyer.
