It’s not actually the battery that matters - it’s the onboard AC-DC charger.

2018 - 61,000 miles.. flawless until yesterday whe then the main pyro fuse blew and car had to be towed. Hopefully have diagnosis Monday. Reported range at 100% is ~ 278 miles. Usually charged to 70% or 80%; 90-100 only right before very long trips.

Working great! One parking spot already iced :). One charger is handicap only also which is nice. Peaked at 258kW

Long Range with the $2K acceleration boost is really close in acceleration.. and you can still have the 18" Aeros with that combo for maximum range and efficiency .. Dragtimes showed them extremely close even on the top end acceleration:

FalconFour - when the CCS chargers report high temperatures and start throttling -- does the temperature stay at "170F" (70C) or does it keep climbing and further throttling? How long have you left running? Where are you seeing 170F reported? Thanks.
