Interesting that I am seeing a lot of orders after me in the same config getting delivered in Sep while mine stays in Mid November timeframe. Wonder if it is because I am in a rail hub (Chicago) and others are farther East. Happy for y'all but wait has been frustrating as you can...

Yes Will be getting it in Dec likely in the middle of the snow storm, and get summer tires.... Hopefully, they will switch to AS by then...... Let me know if you find good set of tires at decent price points...

Dont know but all I know is I refresh my account 10-12 times a day, despite knowing the EDD is mid November. Sad but true..... 🙉 But based on prior messages I recall reading it can happen any time of the day....

So, what can really be done if we get the temp lot cars assigned to you in Oct/Nov/Dec. Not sure if there are options.... are there really/practically?

I have 1147 /4/10 as well, but did not complete profile for about a few weeks (did not know till i read it in this forum) and that is likely why mine is early Nov. Hmmm...

Unfortunately, in the excitement in early April, I ordered FSD and cost went up $10K and now if I want to remove it it is a wash with new price. I really hope at the delivery time the person working with me kindly figures out a way to remove the FSD without price increase... Lets see...

I was expecting you would have a physical attachment that has the top half of the Yoke as well (i.e top half new and bottom half kind of wraps around the current Yoke) so you have the full wheel, but all things electronics are untouched... Hmm... Interesting..

1147 Early April Order went from June-August to now Nov-24-Dec 5. My 528 is good but......... I do see lots of later orders in Oct/Nov.. Happy for you but the monkey needs more method to the madness... Hoping these dates will improve... lets see....

I have several examples just from this and the other LR tracking thread as well. These don't look like the adhoc ones where there is a cancelled order and someone nearby happens to be available with same order. I am now told I am looking at Sept.

I hope so too... My SA just told me I am still looking at September timeframe. EDD was August all along and went blank on Monday. This is not fun and thanks to this group (or no thanks that I am on this reading posts 8 hours a day o_O) 🤞

This is great news. I was on the fence and after reading more about true use of FSD is suspect (given auto steer is good enough for now) and Elons comment on FSD at quarterly call was the last straw for me. Do any of you see this differently? FWIW, staying put in August EDD for Chicagoland...

I just finalized my quote to have 2 outlets in garage which was incremental $260 (bigger tube/extra cable) as opposed to single car outlet. Did this instead of putting a separate subpanel, as it was more to have him come back for the second outlet later on.

I almost fell for this as well watching this exact video. But realized it was $10K and reading reviews figured I am already up to $100K+ and still unsure of my FSD purchase for $10K... So rationalized and staying put. Maybe will do a ceramic coat for $500 or so and leave it at that...

Do you imply the tax credit and rebates are only for the wall charger and not for the pig tail solution as it is not a dedicated unit? Thanks to all for the very informative discussion on the charger install (especially for newbies on this group). Greatly appreciated 👍

Cross-Post from Model S Delivery Update. Awaiting my first Tesla with delivery date of August. The electrician I talked to for installing the wall charger is saying that Model S does not make full use of the Wall Charger capabilities (unless you have 2 or more Tesla's - Which I dont have yet...

I talked to my SA and he said they are expecting a big batch of cars mid Aug (in IL) and 🤞 mine is on that batch. EDD used to be 10-14 Weeks --> July --> and stayed Aug for a 2 months now. First Tesla so need to get my 220V line and other stuff ready for the baby to arrive at home... o_O:p

Hey! Dont give them ideas until the LRs on orders are delivered, else they might start stripping interiors and body pieces from LR keeping plaid the same..... :oops:;-)

First time Tesla Owner (if they ever deliver my LR MSM 19") and I must say they have tested my patience since and EQS got me wavering a bit. I wanted to stick to LR $$ range and not got to Plaid and looks like EQS is much more expensive than a plaid. Will hang in there for a bit more. Still...
