I saw that today, too. I talked to the City planner who is handling the project yesterday, and he said they are still working out the parking issue. I explained about the number of charger available or in-use that the Tesla drivers see on their screens, and apparently he wasn't aware of that...

It happens to me about once a week and it's very frustrating. It happened this morning. I'm 5'1" and can't see much out of the back window, so I rely heavily on the back-up camera. Rebooting is a nuisance!
