Unfortunately, Tesla's "find us" website has updated today to say this location is: "Target opening in 2023" which means it is now projected to be later than at the start of the year (and the first post in this thread).

If your location in profile is accurate (Florida), I doubt that Tesla is sending these out to your area. Likely only the areas of Northern US/Canada that now have this included standard with purchases.

Yes, this is exactly what I did. WiFi connected, but never made it past the loading page, except for the very first time, when I was able to update it to the latest firmware.

Update on this: service messages within the Tesla app indicate that this is not able to be looked at by Mobile Service, and to call the number for HPWC support or email directly. Tried calling the number on my short lunch break and it was a 15+ minute wait. Will try again after work. Ugh.

Yes, this happens every year. Wait until it the model year is approved by DEQ and then submit the documentation. The process takes a LONG time anyway - if you are very much budgeting on it, know it takes around 6 months to actually get the check after you submit the paperwork.

Just to state the obvious, this is a huge addition to the network. Most Portland travelers to California can now charge to near full before leaving, get to Myrtle Creek supercharger and have enough to get to Yreka and bypass all of Grants Pass (awful) and the chargers in Medford (much bigger city).

Reports from some Hood River locals on Facebook that holes are in the ground for this and two wrapped up white boxes nearby that say Tesla Energy on them on site. Site is still taped off and torn up.

I will head over there later this morning and see if there's any activity (have to do some shopping anyway, so good excuse for a mini road trip).

Another update on Facebook about this today. Definitely seems like it's progressing nicely to being available for the holidays, but we all know looks can be deceiving.

Interestingly, I got dinged on the Forward Collision Score rating when parking in my garage (I always use the proximity sensors to stop 12 inches from the wall). Guess I need to stop at 13-14 inches now.

I have done Wallowa Lake, in my first road trip with our MYLR. Really easy, because there's a destination charger in Joseph - just be sure to call ahead to reserve it.

This was a couple of weeks ago, but the permit status reads "Finaled" on Accela now with this update.

Yes, definitely. I made sure to note this in the PlugShare listing and confirmed the protocol with the owners of Fields Station.

In other Harney County, Oregon charging news, I just posted Fields, Oregon (one of the most rural places in the entire country) to Plugshare after talking with the owners there. Four RV spots available at 30 amps each, so not incredible (and they would want $25 for an overnight charge), but...

Tesla's website has updated to show a new Supercharger location in Myrtle Creek, a few miles south of Roseburg, with a targeted opening of "Q1 2021" - the Roseburg charger location says "2022".
