Progress! for anyone that’s getting the error message, make sure to check your payment info in your account. Mine was missing some info for some reason even thought it was previously used for other transactions. Edited payment info and upgrade payment finally went through.

Just tried it again on a desktop and got the same message: Error processing payment. Please try again!

Mine stopped as well this morning. I went and checked my account online and it shows I’m no longer subscribed. Tesla chat was not able to give me an answer, just that they will escalate my issue and should will be contacted via email. I tried to subscribe again but it was not letting me.

Was cooling down my car just a few minutes ago while plugged but not charging and noticed that the seat hear icons on the app are missing. I’m talking about the front, I know SR+ does not have rear heated seats.
