No real easy fix for sure but…Wonder if they can somehow improve it via software - some frame-rate tweaks would help based on the hertz of the bulb. Plus some filters for the colours when the bulb is on. Long shot but wonder if it could actually be improved!

I bought the long pliers with a 90 degree bend off Amazon. Took me about 60 mins by hand first time. Second time with the pliers I was done in minutes. Trust me, it is easy with them! I keep them in the car should I ever need to remove it quickly.

Showing 210 miles at 100% is about right for a 2019 Model 3 SR+ which had EPA 240 mile range or WLTP 254. Mine is the same.

I took mine off and put it back on. Just made sure the plastic clips were not bent in the wrong way so when I clipped it on everything was nice and tight. See on YouTube how to remove and replace it easily.

I haven’t tried. Only been hand washing. Maybe I’ll test one!

This should only happen if you’re in Bluetooth range. If you’re not it should ask you to confirm you want to open. Good feature imo.

I installed 502w2 when I am meant to have 686b2 according to support. I got 502w2 working by changing all the speed and force settings. So technically the wrong version but worked now for weeks. I agree the dates are confusing. It is the date of the kit not car build apparently.

FYI 24.6 been fine for days with me.

Looks like only an issue on some cars. My RHD 2019 Model 3 is fine on 20.7.

No, it’s broken in a bad way, not a good way. The screen doesn’t show the trunk as open when it is. As above update coming this weekend for your trunk sd card.
