Owning a Tesla is like using a Windows computer, to get it to work like it’s supposed to, you’re got to know all the right “hacks”. If you want to just get in the car and drive just count on getting 70% of rated range.

Ok, any idea why cold weather causes this?

In NC DV is limited to 10% max by state law. The insurance company offered me 5% and it wasn't worth attornies fees to fight them.

Another thing to consider, high milage tires don't perform as well as their lower mileage counterparts. You might not be going to the race track but you might need to stop quickly or need lateral grip to avoid a collision. IMO, the Pilot Sport AS3's are an excellent compromise.

Most Michelin tires have a manufactures mileage warranty. I ran Pilot Sport AS3's on my BMW M3's and the rears would be gone in 20,000 miles or so, Discount Tires always credited me a prorated amount for replacements. If I remember the milage warranty is 35,000 for those tires. I've only got...

That’s seems hard to believe for a stock car. I took my car to Bristol yesterday, my best time was 11.68. There’s no way there’s 1 second difference between stock cars especially considering how easy it is to be consistent with these cars.

The difference is, MPP is selling a kit that works together, much different than selling a set of springs that have to work with the rest of the suspension. No way in hell I’d buy a set of springs without knowing the rates.

This is exactly why I wanted to know the spring rates. Maybe the MPP coil-overs is the only option.
