Ok so I ran the calculator. 10" +40 vs 9" +40 Inner clearance = 13mm more. Outer Position = RETRACT by 13mm The centerline doesn't change so it's just the extra 1/2" on each side so width wise it will fit.

I have 20x10 on the rear with a 295 tire. The wheel offset is +40. You can do the math and see if it will work on the stock 21 offset.

Facinate, love the look. I'm staggered as well and fit a 295 tire without issue. You would have more tire choices going to a 20" so make sure you have a good selection with the 21" wheels.

The repair kits are great if the tire is removed from the car. It's a pain to get the punch to go though and you need your full weight behind it. Laying on the ground with the nail facing a small section of open fender is going to be difficult to do.
