Thanks your probably right. I ordered a replacement for one connection that I may have mistrested. I was thinking that the Tesla connector had somehow changed.and was more sensitive to the connection ground but not likely.

last weekend I went out to car with vacuum cleaner. Since new car I thought I would keep area under drivers feet clean. I was busy vacuuming and I saw that the charge port had opened up. I have the SR+ for less than a month. My daily commute round trip is exactly 100 miles. Percentage of battery use is pretty much exactly 50%. That translates to 200 mile range. I thought I was getting 240 mile range or 250? Otherwise car is flawless. Maybe need to look at why the screen shows...

I started with wall plug 10-30 then converted to 14-50 but the car wanted the ground. I used the tesla 14-50 adapter with the cars charging cables. Maybe I have to get the tesla 10-30 adapter so it does not expect to find a ground. ..??
