Front right turn signal stopped working

I noticed the other day that the turn signal quit working in my front right headlight. I'm out of warranty and don't want to pay $1000+ for a new headlight assembly from Tesla, so I am looking at repairing it myself. I'm wondering if this is something that anyone else has tried? I see that I...

    Supercharger - Marinette, WI

Not quite sure what the thinking is with this charger. There are chargers in Green Bay and Escanaba, which are about 110 miles apart, which isn't that far. Marinette is right smack in the middle and isn't really a crossroads to anywhere. Not complaining, because new chargers are always good...

    Supercharger - Escanaba, MI

Sorry, I didn't poke around in the UI on the new charger. I assume that it will be a 150kw like the website claims. I'll take a closer look next time I'm up there.

Looks like they installed the missing charger. It has a CCS and Chademo connector.

    Supercharger - Escanaba, MI

Sorry it took so long to reply. I finally had time when I was up in Escanaba to get some pictures. It looks like most of the additional work has been completed. They installed a second transformer and another enclosure for charging equipment. It looks like the new chargers are J1772 7kw chargers.

I know that this thread has been dead for a while since the Supercharger was finished, but does anyone know what is going on with the new construction at the Supercharger? I was up there this afternoon and it looks like there has been some new conduit run from the transformer over behind the...

Esky would be on but they are waiting on parts. If they ordered parts on Friday, then I imagine they will have them on hand maybe tomorrow or Thursday if it's something that they have in stock.

I guess I'm just uncomfortable backing up with the stop going under my car. I'm sure it's not an issue.

    Supercharger - Escanaba, MI

A couple of observations from when I was there. For some reason the plugs seem shorter on these chargers. I backed and then had to move back further. A lot of people are curious about the cars up here. Just in the couple minutes that I was there, two people stopped by to ask questions.

    Supercharger - Escanaba, MI

No. I just stopped and tried them. The car says Starting to Charge, but then fails. There was a tech there working on it. He said that it probably wouldnt be on today. He is having issues with the software.

I stopped by today and got a picture of the new horse parking next to the superchargers in Esky. It looks like the meter is installed, but I was in the wrong car to test the charger.

    Tesla Parts

That's probably just rubber tubing with a barbed fitting. It's pretty common across car brands. I don't know that you have to get a Tesla unique part for this. Something like this is probably all you need.

cheap 20 inch tires on performance

Keep in mind that cheaper tires might not be rated for the weight of the Model 3. You'll pay less up front for tires, but pay more in the long run from replacing them more often.

Can't have accessories waiting for you when picking up a new Tesla

I didn't have floor liners when I picked up my car either and it still looks pristine after a year of ownership. You do realize that if a few grains of dirt happen to fall into the carpet, they can be vacuumed out?

    Bagged

It's actually just the opposite. The handles are designed the way they are for a functional purpose: to reduce drag. Tesla would remove the mirrors too if they could get away with it.

    So many flats....

This guy is blowing smoke up your ass. If this was the case, you would see heavier vehicles like trucks getting way more flats than cars, which doesn't happen. Are you driving in an area with more construction? More than likely, it has something to do with where you are driving and the...

White interior - Should i get it? How well has your interior held up?

The white interior is the first thing that people comment on when they see my car. I think that it looks amazing and has held up well. If the seats start looking dirty, I just wipe it off. They are holding up very well.

~25k miles on autopilot; considering FSD upgrade

I use FSD everyday and love it. The auto lane change feels very confident now. The last time that it felt like it was unsure about a lane change was a few months ago. Even then, it was kind of rare. I love being able to just sit there with my hand on the wheel and letting the car do the turn...

    Model 3 comfort.
