I have the same config and am also picking up from MDR! When did you order? Have you received a delivery date yet?

With the factory closed, new vehicles won’t likely be delivered to delivery centers until the end of May at the earliest. This was info passed on by my sales advisor who said “this is merely my speculation, but...”

Supposedly not until 2021.

Let me know what they say after your submission! I have a black/white MYP on order so it’ll probably be a couple months before I get my car and apply. I sure hope they allow it — the “base” MSRP is $41k before the itemized performance upgrade so maybe we’ll qualify!

I sure hope they don’t look too hard (they ask for the purchase agreement, which lists MSRP), but the $60k MSRP cap can be found on the downloadable PDF link below. https://cleanvehiclerebate.org/sites/default/files/docs/nav/transportation/cvrp/documents/CVRP-Implementation-Manual.pdf

Unfortunately, only vehicles under $60k qualify — the MYP is automatically disqualified to my great disappointment.

All employees will return to work on May 4 so I don’t think it will slow deliveries. I believe it takes Tesla 1-2 days to build each car so they should be sending new truckloads out of Fremont by the first or second week of March.

I would hang in there! It’s rumored (lots of rumors surrounding Y) that the black exteriors are cued in Fremont to produce next. That would mean May (possssibly June) delivery. I think the Black will be worth it!

I've been stuck on "drafting a contract" for over a month now -- unfortunately that prompt just gets you in line and let's Tesla know you are ready to buy. Black cars have not been produced yet so you (and me -- I ordered a black/white MYP+) will be waiting until the factory opens again.
