I test drove both LR AWD and Performance and there was no question I wanted the Performance. The acceleration of the Performance was literally the only selling point for me getting a Tesla anyway. It’s almost as quick as my GT-R but is silent and doesn’t draw any attention. I don’t take long...

I wouldn't look for the cheapest coilovers. You are going to end up spending more money in the long run when you have to replace the crappy ones with quality units. I would look at KW V3 coilovers, either straight from KW or Mountain Pass Performance, or coilovers from Unplugged Performance.
