No this is the Rear Defroster? just like in the title. So it seems it turns off after 15 minutes and that means the window should be clear but its not. Looks like I will have to service it.

They Moved me to the 4th as well. First I was supposed to get it today then they said Tuesday. Then the site said Monday. Then now the 4th.
