Can anyone confirm/deny that all the tires have to have identical wear on a Tesla.. I know typical ICE cars with front and rear differentials can be seriously damaged if all tires aren’t matched.

My PUP MY is definitely louder than my old Range Rover Evoque.. There seems to be quite a bit of wind noise.. even though the doors seem to be seated correctly. I’ve also installed the roof rack which does add a high pitched whistle at certain speeds.

Waiting until the end of the month and then cancelling....

Is there any downside to this, other than higher power draw? It would be good if Tesla just had a “battery precondition” setting..

Yikes.. most people have been complaining about fit and finish not total car melt downs.. I would push to get a new car.. I think it’s unacceptable to be having failures of this severity on a new car.

I think you might have to adjust your expectations.. I’ve been in a few times to correct similar issues but it causes wear and tear on the car and sometimes things get worse. When they adjusted my doors, one didn’t seat properly and increased wind noise and the other adjustment caused the glass...

I noticed this on my previous car (non-Tesla) after a windshield replacement... I just lived with it - but clearly a windshield defect.

Any conclusion on a permanent fix? I’ve tried WD-40 (twice) and stainless steel cleaner.. it’s better but the stains are still visible.. Maybe I should try a cleaning wax next?

So I got in the car today and there were dots on both sides of the bar (green and black side) - temperature was 3 deg (37 Fahrenheit). So in the winter I guess you can’t brake or drive :)

Since Tesla does guarantee the battery from degradation.. it would be useful to be able to measure it! The range displayed is dependent on your driving so it would be good to have a standard way of measuring battery loss..
