What has your experience with home delivery been? I live in Louisiana and my options are to drive to Atlanta to pick it up or have it delivered.

Thanks for all of the replies. I reached out to the delivery specialist this morning and a brand new white one had popped up over the weekend. I switched over to that one. Hard launches, tires, curb rash, it wasn't worth the chance. SO... now the wait for delivery begins!

The discount is $2760 and it does come with a full warranty. In my head thats considerable, It may not be, and I'm open to hearing why. Thanks for all of the thoughts so far!

I placed my order on 7/24 I received a text that I had a VIN assigned yesterday 7/27 :eek: BUT... I decided to change my configuration and get the color I actually wanted. Originally ordered white, changed to blue. It's only 1,000 bucks! haha! Here's to hoping it's that quick again!

My budget allows me to either purchase the LR with FSD or the Performance without FSD. I do all city driving, rarely on the highway. I placed my order last week for the LR, but I'm still not sure of the best route. Also, this is my first Tesla. Thanks for any insight!
