Just get an aftermarket yoke and be done. I am more concerned w getting horn remapped to center of steering wheel like you know who said was waiting on software update. Lmao

Your front camera should have recorded it when it happened and possibly show if it was latched down or not

Correct. The original owner traded it for a bmw 5 days before I bought it from the bmw dealer. I had to wait 4 days from purchased date for them to do full inspection and prep it for my delivery.

The FSD sticks if you buy from a dealer but if the dealer takes it to an auction or you trade it into tesla, the FSD is removed or stripped by Tesla. Car now in my Tesla account and the FSD still there.

It was mobile at home. Less than 30mins to install.

Yoke replaced today. Same as original. No time table for replacement per tech.

Getting it replaced today Thursday. Will report back which version it is. There was an option to go w round steering wheel. Do they replace the button section too or just the yoke and reinstall the buttons? Mine has 30k and buttons area has some wear in them. Tia, Ian B

Problem fixed. Couple youtube videos on how to power off car and wait a minute. Powered back on and autopilot showed up and now working. Settings-safety-power off-wait a minute- step on brake pedal and car will power back on. Ian B

Got the Model X back today from being wrapped. Autopilot and FSD says unavailable and available on the next trip message. When I put the car in reverse, the side fender cameras do not turn on Installer double checked the connections and they are tight I did 2 button reset 2x and still not...
