I had that problem and I deleted the phone profile from the Model X and deleted the Model X profile from the phone and it went away. Seems to be the thing to resolve most conflicts. Restarted phone and center screen as well.

I'm an audiobook guy too. Assuming you have a smartphone, check out an app called "Overdrive". It lets you check out audiobooks (and e-books) from your local library without a physical copy. It's pretty cool.

I've had the same experience. I have a pretty narrow garage, a bunch of stuff hanging from the walls, and an angled driveway, so it's kind of an acid test. So far not super helpful. Fun to play with, tho!

I have seen what I thought to be an exaggerated interior temp too. Car was in garage out of sun in Minnesota, might have been a little warm, but was reading 98F. Didn't have an independent reading, but this is likely high.

I think we might be interpreting "flawless" differently than a production crew does. I am guessing that in this context flawless means: the car went through the line, was inspected, and in all the parameters it was inspected for, nothing needed to be fixed. That doesn't mean the inspection...

Well, my DS told me I'm out of production; just over a week as he said. I am now waiting for rail transport which is supposed to take a week or two to Chicago, then trucking on up to Minneapolis. Looks like mine will get here not long after they get a Model X to show for a "Meet the X" event...

$130K is what a fully loaded Signature model costs. You will be able to configure a 90D for well less than that. The media have gotten a lot of misinformation out about the Model X price. Rough idea is to configure a Model S the way you would want your X and then add $5K.

I think this is an excellent point. By waiting a bit longer, we get a lot of knowledge from S real world data, as well as the new goodies mentioned above. For those of us who keep a car a long time (I'm on year 17.....) , getting it right is so much more important than getting it now.

I'm thinking that the weight savings from changing the form factor of the pack wouldn't be a big deal, but it would make it more difficult to use the same battery swap hardware. I think if they can cut out weight from batteries they will, but the "box" they are in will stay the same.

I think one of the things that us Model X reservers owe the Model S owners is that a lot of the bugs that had to be worked out were done on their cars. Don't get me wrong, I think the level of quality of Models S is very high, but I bet we Xers won't have some of the squeaks, drivetrain...

I am certainly hopeful for this and would willing to pay a premium if it were optional. Being connected/integrated is a big part of the appeal of a Tesla.
