I just got the 2024.3.15 update again and installing. Hope it will go through this time. It's been more than 20 mins and stuck at 30% and hope will complete.

I tried on mine and it reinstalled 2024.2.7 and not 2024.3.15

I got the 2024.3.15 update to my 2017 X this morning, started the update but failed after sometime. No retry option so far.

Yes. They did the alignment and no questions asked about the wheels. It's been working fine since then. I hope this helps!

I'm on 3.1 now and I thought this version has the updates to energy app adding features to provide more details on consumption and recommendations. But still see the old energy app. Edit: Looks like only for refreshed X and not for my MX. Disappointing.

I checked the software tab and it took a while on checking for updates and showed the downloading for split second and went back to your software is upto date. I was on 2.3 and then I rebooted to see if that helps and started downloading 3.1

I have finally got the alignment done at the SC and no complaints about the Cyberstream wheels and after the alignment I see the wh/mi improved and came down to 320 wh/mi avg.

Hi, I did this exact thing on my 2017 X and the front wheels looks very close to the control arms. I'm not sure because the old ones say 35 offset and the new Cyberstream wheels listed as 40 offset for fronts. Did you do anything special for the offset, if not your wheels also looks very close...

That's a wrong part and check the spread sheet posted in the first post of this thread and someone else had same issue.

I had the same issue originally and then stopped working completely. All I can do is open from inside and the actuator makes noise trying to open but won't work. The actuator replacement solved my issue.

Got the part today and the mobile tech replaced the ACTUATOR and everything is back to normal. It is a 5 min swap and they didn't charge me labor and just the part. I tipped the Tech good for the nice customer service!!
