I'm planning to install Blox lowering links on my Model S (2017). Anyone in/around Bay Area that can assist or provide some guidance? I've read the installation manual but still prefer someone that has done this to provide guidance. Appreciate any help!

Escalate it with BBB and have Tesla HQ look into this or you can try to escalate it to the regional manager if you know their information. Tesla Service Center most likely will not share this with you.

Good point. The headlights were actually replaced in late 2021 under warranty and the part# were: 1053571-00- F, 1053570-00- G. Are they replacing it with the same part# or is there a revision?

Loaners can be a hit or miss depending on the service center. I've had loaners that were quite new and few that were old but not as bad as you described. At least supercharging is free on the loaners! :)

Regarding United States Senate Federal Credit Union, any idea if they offer either new or used auto rates for auto refinance/lease purchase? They have 'New Auto Refi' option on the application but I'm not sure what classifies as "New"?

Highly doubt that it will fit without any rubbing. I'm running similar setup on my MS 17 (Model X 20" Slipstream -- Satin Black) with 245/40/20 and 275/35/20. No issues at all.

Try a different service center or refer them to Tesla's pricing page. It's $450 plus tax, labor included.

Just got notified by the SC that the rear tire picked up a nail while in service. They recommended to get a patch. Is the patch right way to proceed with such repair? It seems like it maybe a temporary fix and can potentially cause problems in future. Appreciate any feedback!
