Is it also only when the passenger A/C vent is off? That's when my S does it.

I don't think retrofitting would gain much if Tesla disable all radar sensors with new firmwares... Cameras should be able to see/recognize cars/objects in front of the car ahead if it can see through the glass/window or if it's bigger than the car in front, just like human can (or can't).

I found them to be unevenly lit, maybe it's just my car? However, the fog lights solve the problem though. With that said, I would love the matrix LED headlights :)

My MSLR has dust behind instrument panel cover and the SC doesn't do anything about it... Would be curious to hear if they could fix/replace it for you. Edited: just saw your post saying that they'll replace the entire instrument cluster. That's great!

I feel ya, I've had mine since June, and it's been in the shop (mostly just waiting on parts!) for over 5 weeks total (over 4 separate occasions) and I was abroad for 3 months and just got back to the US, and needless to say, I realllly missed it. I totally forgot just how amazing the car was...

I would LOVE to tell you that... well here is the latest update: I went to check on my car yesterday, granted I was out of town for a week and just got back, and everything was supposedly fixed except for the paint issues where they have scheduled an appointment with their body shop at the end...

Just the black plastic trim around/under the side view mirrors, and it was actually my SA who came up with the idea and walked around squeezing them on those cars...

The only bad thing about this is that it makes the squeaky noise when opening/closing the doors which is annoying

The scary thing is.... the squeaky black exterior plastic trims is apparently normal. We walked around the SC and play with three different brand new Plaids and LR's and all of them squeaks when you squeeze it a little bit :(

The car has been at the SC for the past two weeks... Went and check on it last Friday they said they were waiting for the "detail team" to work on it, but I suspect they'll have to reschedule it with the body shop to fix the paint hopefully at the same time as installing the other parts on order...

I know the headlights on the MS aren't as good as the M3/MY, but my MS is being serviced (hopefully they can address all the defects/issues from delivery), and they gave me an M3 loaner. The headlights are soooo much better on the M3 than the MS; they are much brighter and more evenly lit...

I will let you know how they handle these issues and if they are able to resolve all of them. My Model Y I took delivery a month prior was almost perfect saves for a couple of really minor issues.

Since there are already three sources of rattling noise I hear so far, maybe I won't notice a few more. 🤣

Haha, yep, that's me :) I usually hate making these types of videos because it's usually taken out of context into the world of negativity, but I also wanted it to be helpful to those waiting on or are about to take delivery of their new rides so they're aware of these potential issues.

I hope so, the vegan leather is torn/ripped around the edge. I think it would just be the top piece, unless the whole thing is one unit.

The driver side mirror! I didn't see others mentioned but mine definitely shakes like crazy on highway... Gotta have that fixed too. I also noticed this on my Model Y as well but less severe.

I feel your frustration; I went through those similar feelings/frustrations when they placed a nation-wide hold for two weeks that (luckily) turned out to be nothing. Congrats on the new car! It will be more than worth it!
