I had multiple quotes. First one was over $10k. But the labor was $150/hr. The second quote labor is $75/hr.

Deer hit passenger door and fender. Estimate is $6500 for this. Can’t get in till dec 10. Two week repair time. As long as there isn’t any structural damage, $11k doesn’t seem too far off.

Parts are $1500. The rest is labor to paint and disassemble all parts and inspect for any other damage.

that's what i'm hoping for, Just give me a new door. I talked to Tesla service center and they referred me to a certified shop who specializes in high end cars, so i'm pretty confident they will do what's needed.

haha. honestly the car did very well, we didn't feel a thing...it was almost like "What was that?" when we hit it...it jumped into the side of my car over a guard rail...

The worst part is the deer just bounced off and ran back in the woods.

Tesla referred me to Rifes Auto Body and K-Ceps...has anybody had any experience with either?

I wonder if it is better for them to just completely replace the door, or try to fix the door? There isnt anything mechanically wrong with the door that i can tell.

I dont see any paint damage but i talked to Tesla Service and they referred me to two local body shops. So i have estimates out to them and hopefully it wont take too long to get it fixed. They might be able to do PDR on the door, but the front panel is also dented, so not sure about that.

I was hoping to never have to be someone to post this, but a deer made impact on my passenger side door and left a pretty good dent. What is the process of getting this fixed? i made a clam with insurance and now i need to choose a collision center to repair. Should i take it to Tesla Service...

Just had the 18’ Tesla Wall Charger installed. Is this tension ok on the plug? Cord is stretched to where it is not touching the ground.

I use MyQ with Home Assistant. You can access your devices in the Tesla web browser. Can also set up automations to control the door.

Successful pickup today at Easton. PPF and Front Mud flaps weee installed! No issues on the car, except for a little residue from shipping wrap on rear taillight. It came right off when I had them clean it. Fit and finish is flawless!

My scheduled delivery date is 9/11 at Easton. SA said truck will arrive on Sept 9.

Just guessing. If they have started scheduling pickups the week of Labor Day. Got my VIN yesterday but have not heard from anyone to schedule pickup.
