Just took delivery of 2 model y in the last 2 months. Both have a problem with the dash rattling near glovebox on passenger side is there any fix for this. Both model y’s have the same problem.

I have had my Model Y now for 4 days and I too have rattling in the cargo/trunk area. My husband just got his Model y 1 1/2 months ago, and he has not issues. I will have to ride back there and figure out where the noise is coming from.

Can you take your aero covers off completely and drive with out them with no harm to the rims underneath? Does anyone know?

Ordered my MYLR silver/black/19inch/no tow back on Oct 7th, and original delivery was April, Then Feb, Then March, Now May. Don't know how this is working.

Yes 19's Geminis, this sound is completely different then the normal space ship noise when in reverse. It almost sounds like when your brakes are hot and start to cool down in a normal gas car.

Glad to hear that it is normal though, and ours is not defective... Now to just figure out what the crackling noise is when reversing down the drive way....

Does Tesla have to fix this? Or do I have to replace the sd card that is for the Dash cam? Having the same issues as everyone above. Tried downloading the software update and every time it fails, and the car will not turn on, and have to do a hard reset

Well I have my MX for about 11 months now. No big problems except for a software update back on August 2nd. This caused me to have firmware issues with park assist unavailable, and the front passenger safety restraints error messages which has been happening on and off now for about 2 months...
