Before leaving Origin, have you checked out their EV Power Up plan? A bit more versatile, as you can charge at 8c just about anytime.

You got lucky with the timing of the purchase of the UMC. I bought mine at delivery time in July, but had to wait a few months for a firmware update to update the UMC to 10 amps.

If you have a dual band router I would try turning off 5Ghz and see if you have better success. another thing you can try is change your 2.4Ghz channel to one. This was my solution when having similar issues.

When I picked up my Y I headed north along the north south connector and it was calibrated before the Port River Expressway exit.

It does say that throughput is 'measured at the battery AC output', so maybe it is only measuring output?

Bought a Model 3 sunglass holder, but received a Model Y one. Returns process was fairly simple. Free return post, and they posted the correct item as soon as I lodged the return at the PO. Communication was good and responsive.

The Origin EV plan (free from 10am to 3pm) has virtually exactly the same policy. I have drawn about 17kw for about 3 hours quite a few times, and haven’t heard a thing from them.

I would put in a service call if you are having issues. Auto high beam was fixed and has been working well since the 2023.20.x updates.

Did you get this sorted @Paul Smedley ? I am in the same situation as you, except I have now left AGL to go to Origin. The only plan options in the app are for a single rate plane, even though I am on a TOU plan with Origin. Tesla says they can't help me at all until my Energy Provider releases...

It doesn't unfortunately. We picked ours up last Friday and it stayed at 2000 credits (buyer received $750 discount + 3 months EAP).

If you are using ChargeHQ then turn off scheduled charging in the Tesla app and use the scheduled charging in ChargeHQ, it is far more comprehensive.
