I am getting this issue a lot, but only at night.

I collected mine about 3 weeks after the date I thought it would be ready. Don't place a lot of reliance in your perceived position in the collection queue, the assignment of cars is much more random than that. If it says Feb, then it will either be between mid Feb and mid March.

I have a V2 PodPoint Solo installed, although I am yet to do anything with it. I picked the PodPoint because of the system having a current clamp which ensures the car charging backs off if the total house electrical usage gets near the main fuse limit. I think that is an important safety feature.

It does seem strange that I got a text at 18:30 last night, but my delivery date is the 13th Dec (Bluewater). That is over 3 weeks gap. I am tempted to call CS and see if it is possible to bring the date forwards. All very strange!

Thanks I had VIN assigned a while back (in source) and have had VIN and registration text, but no Bluetooth message. Not a major issue, since pickup isn't until Dec 13th, but just interested.

The account page for my car says that you need to email proof to them 48 hours before collection - So a week seems a little long to me.

Hi @Mr Miserable For a collection on the 13th Dec, is my car most likely to be on Horizon Leader? If it is due to arrive on the 2nd, then that would give them a good amount of time to get it to the collection point.

This is what happened to me and my delivery date went back 1 month! Definitely phone them.
