If it’s 2021 then it may not have the latest updates. Tesla rep in Poland said they will get 2022 models with Ryzen and other updates. But the only rule with Tesla is that there are no rules :)

You can also download an extension for Chrome and Firefox if I remember correctly. Basically, it scans the code for you. I decided not to stress about it. I've done some research amongst M3 and MY buyers in Poland (sample of 17 and counting) and there seems to be no pattern for VIN assignment...

I think this update refers to update on your side, not Tesla's. Me and my friend have update dates corresponding to when we added invoice details.

My conclusion from observing M3 LR deliveries in Poland in Q4/21 was that non-default configurations were getting their VINs and delivery dates ahead of standard configs, probably because they are less popular. But, that of course is just a guess as I have a suspicion that there's no rhyme or...
