I agree with this. Until you sign for the car, it belongs to Tesla and shipping damages are not reported to any accident tracking entities. Once titled, any accidents will be reported (or are suppose to 😝.

You can upload a current policy that does not mention the Tesla but once you get the ‘Select Pickup appointment’ text, the card needs to show the Tesla with at least 60 days of coverage left on the policy. I use Geico and they provided a card showing my Tesla with an effective date of June 7...

That was my solution. I’m lucky as progressive lens don’t bother me. I adjusted to them right away.

I had the same issue. Call Tesla and it will take them 10 seconds to fix the issue. Make sure you have already uploaded the proper insurance card beforehand.

My experience has been texting the SA is very sporadic. Usually, its a response to a phone call but never from a message I sent.

I didn’t get a three day window. I was given one day, 6/14. I don’t know if that’s SC specific or possibly a temporary concern when flooded with deliveries.

And the countdown continues. 5 days left (unless Tesla pulls a fast one 😩. I went by the SC this morning and it’s still not there. I know they say to allow 2 days to prep/inspect/update/etc but it’s cutting it close.

Ask anyone with experience between the Intel chip and the Ryzen chip. FSD with the Intel chip is crap. You need the faster screen refresh provided by the Ryzen chip, especially with all the new graphics seen in the FSD beta. I would bet the person is getting rid of the car with the older chip...

I think your right. While we’re talking Model 3’s, how do you explain the long wait times for Model Y’s and even more to the point, extreme wait times for Model S and Model X. Much higher profit margin so their theory would have Tesla pumping these cars out all the time.

It’s very important to remember EDD’s are very volatile. Computers generate them and mistakes happen. There have been posts in the past where the EDD shot way out but within a couple of weeks came back down.
