But in this case, does the seller have to complete purchase/pay sales tax? and then the buyer buys from seller and pays again sales tax? OR is there a way for the buyer to be register first time around and avoid the double taxation?

Well Tesla just rose prices (again) so I think that will help resell values, on the other hand, as prices go up, less people will be able to afford one.

it's a 2021 with less than 16000 miles. Standard range. It's the best value 2021 (price vs. mileage) in autotrader based on a nationwide search, but yet a moderator decided to remove it, not sure why.
