I assume whoever ordered it backed out. It's still on the truck on the way to the store, so it's not one someone rejected because of poor quality. It didn't appear in my app until after the phone call.

I'm seeing the same thing. Previous updates were given within one day, but the current update has been on "Trade-in Valuation in Progress" for several days. I'm guessing they're prioritizing quotes for people getting deliveries this quarter and they'll get around to the rest of us later.

Is there a 12V power outlet in the cargo area of the refreshed Model X? I looked through the owner's manual, but the only reference I see to a 12V outlet is to the one in the console.
