Fair enough, it was $0.66 when I used it in December enroute to Perth. The $0.48c at Chargefox on the way down was far more preferable at the time.

The government wants to improve take-up of EVs. The method they have identified to reduce the cost is to incentivise fleet purchases (company owned and leases), these vehicles will then be available on the second hand market when companies/leases turn the vehicles over.

Why would the lease companies need to pay you back anything? Funds have been received to cover the lease payment, that's the extent of their concern. It's up to your employer to remediate ECM payments and make PAYG adjustments (your employer pays the lease, taking the payments out of your salary).

My lease company sent me the details of who the invoice needed to be made payable by, I just forwarded that to Tesla and they generated me a new invoice that I then sent to the NL company.
