I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but I bought the Tesla CCS1 Combo adapter from Harumio last year and has been working just fine. Recently, I was using my usual Electrify America 150kW charging station and was getting ~120kW rate, but after 5 minutes or so, my session ended...
Selling a brand new replica Vorsteiner CF trunk spoiler. Decided to go with a different spoiler, didn’t even mount this. Looking for $200 picked up in Anaheim. I’ll even help you install it.
Just took off my trunk spoiler from my ‘22 3 Performance. 2k miles with no scratches, perfect condition. Asking $300 and located in Anaheim, CA. Willing to ship at buyers expense.
A way to solve this is to lower the ampage in your app when you charge. I did this with the same station that melted my adapter and it doesn’t melt it anymore.
I just wanted to give a quick shout out to @kevin @ eas from European Auto Source in Anaheim, CA. I’ve brought my 3P here for spring install, then coil over install, and even my front lip install. Their customer service is phenomenal and always does A1 work.
I have a set of H&R lowering springs off my 3P with less than 700 miles on them. I ended up getting a set of MPP Coils instead. These can fit all AWD models. Looking for $300 picked up in OC, CA. Can ship at buyers expense.
I have 2 sets of ABS fog light canards in hydro carbon and matte carbon. $30 each set. Brand new never used. Still has unpeeled double sided tape. Located in OC, CA. Can ship at buyers expense.
I also did the puddle lights on my 22 3P. All 4 were pretty tough to get out. I definitely chipped the OEM ones trying to pry them out. I also ordered the footwell ones and I’m not looking forward to doing them if they’re harder than the puddles 😥
Pure aesthetics. I already lowered it on springs, and the ride quality isn't bad. I just don't want to blow the stock shocks for when I sell the car in the few years or have the ride quality deteriorate.
I am planning on re-installing the OEM springs in the future when I sell the car, but if I can get away with just using my H&Rs long-term, then I'd rather just save $400 for the install and sell the car as is.
For just daily driving, is it worth spending $2k+ on a coilover system with...
Hey guys, so I just lowered my 3P with H&R lowering springs but came across a thread saying that the OEM struts aren’t made to handle lowering springs. My car definitely feels more bouncy than stock, which I’m okay with but I don’t want to destroy my stock struts. I don’t track my car nor am I...
Eddie,
I'm planning on lowering my 3 with H&R springs (1.3" all around) on the setup you sold me 245/40/19 with the Forgestar CF10 (+29) offset and the hubring (+3mm). Will this cause any issues?
That’s a relief
Thats a relief! I don’t typically carry passengers and the H&R springs only lower the car by 1.3” so I’ll still have some fender gap. Thanks!
I came across this article that talks about suggested rim and tire packages for lowering the 3 and had a question: I’m planning on lowering my 3 with H&R springs that has 245/40/19 tires, will I be ok? Will I have any rubbing or camber issues? TIA
I actually just checked PlugShare and this EVGo station also melted another person’s adapter pin… is there any risks for using my adapter that’s melted? I just ordered a replacement.
So I was using an EVGo L2 charger at my gym just now for my M3 and was charging for about 3 hours. I came back and unplugged the charger, but noticed it was really hot. I’ve charged at different L2s before and never came back to a hot charger. I didn’t think much of it, so I left to go to...
