Hello, Can someone please explain how to get this covered under warranty? I’ve only had my Tesla for 2 weeks now and they are telling me that rear defroster is not covered. I did nothing to the glass (like tinting) and they haven’t even looked at my car, just gave me a quote for $700 on the app.

Tesla just told me today that my rear defroster is not covered under warranty. I’ve had the car a week now and just discovered the rear defroster doesn’t work and they want $700 to fix it.

That’s good to know. I have noticed that over the last couple days I am learning the cars quirks and I am getting better at keeping my energy consumption within the normal range. I will say one thing though, minus the safety score anxiety this car is super fun to drive when you get the hang of it.
