How many miles have you driven on the car? If it is under 100 miles usually they cover it as part of delivery defects. Did you send pictures along with your request? Make sure it is clear it is a delivery defect (not something you possibly could have done on your own). I had no problem getting a cut in the defroster line covered myself, but I reported it the next day after delivery when I had more time to examine things in detail.Hello,
Can someone please explain how to get this covered under warranty? I’ve only had my Tesla for 2 weeks now and they are telling me that rear defroster is not covered. I did nothing to the glass (like tinting) and they haven’t even looked at my car, just gave me a quote for $700 on the app.
