2023 model y picked up October 8 2022 in Toronto. Why is it so hard to believe that this functionality is working (though not well)? Purchase EAP and try it. Works for me.

Google maps show all of the roads, plazas etc. Just not within Tesla app.

How do I get a map update for both the vehicle and the app? Maps are more than 3 years old. Plazas etc that were build 3 years ago so not show in the maps, just empty fields.

I did end up purchasing eap and can confirm that summon and smart summon do work. But not well. I'll take a video.

Lots of beeps. Though it doesnt see anything directly in front. For instance if I park a foot away from a post directly in front, the vehicle doesnt see it.

Another distance measurement approaching another vehicle. Wonder if auto park and summons will work if I order eap.

I only get distance when in a tight spot and moving very slowly.

Confirmed with Tesla that auto park and summon will not work without sensors at this time. Tesla is also aware that they are selling features that are not available and no timeline in sight. Very misleading and borderline criminal as far as I'm concerned. False advertising. Tesla scam.

It should be illegal to scam people into thinking that they are purchasing something that doesn't actually exist.

I have a 2023 Y without sensors. If I purchase EAP will Smart Summon work? How about auto park?

How much is the upgrade to FSD if you purchase enhanced autopilot in Canada? In Canada EAP is 7800 and fsd is 19500. Would the upgrade just be the difference (11700)?

Was informed by Tesla service that mirrors will not and cannot be set to automatically unfold. They can be set to auto fold (and do), just not auto unfold.

They should offer customers who purchased within last x number of months something like a discount on FSD or something to help compensate.

Seems that Tesla has cut prices. Tesla slashes prices across its lineup in Canada as much as 21%, Model 3 eligible again for iZEV incentive [Update]. Really annoys me that I bought less than 2 months ago for almost 20k more than today's price. Also now devalues the resale price of the vehicle.

MyQ setup and working well with the exception of not unfolding my mirrors after I leave the garage. Mirrors are set to fold and do no problem when approaching garage. And garage door opens fine. However, when I leave the garage the garage door auto closes but the mirrors don't unfold. Kind of...

How can I set defrost to just a low fan speed? Seems all I have is auto. I'd like to have a constant low warm heat on the windshield. Doesn't seem possible 2022.44.25.3

Thanks for the reply. It's going to be difficult for me to drive to New Port Richey in a few weeks... Doesn't seem to be any nearby superchargers and the local j1772 chargers are very slow and limited availability. Unfortunately not able to charge where I'm staying.

Clearly pronouncing, in plain English, "call Stacey", however always receive error message Cannot complete call. Stacey is a contact. All other contacts work fine, just not Stacey. Interesting is that if I spell the name out... "Call S T A C E Y" the command is recognized and the call is placed...

Temperature outside is 5 degrees celsius. Vehicle parked in garage. Nothing running in vehicle.

I should mention that the battery started charging at 12 percent and rate never exceeds 17 km/hr.

Electrician just wired a NEMA 14-30 receptical to a 240V 30A breaker. 10/3 cable approximately 40 feet. I'm using the latest Tesla Mobile Connector with the NEMA 14-30 adapter. The documentation shows an expected charging rate of 21 miles per hour, 33 KM. My Model Y LR is only ever charging at...
