Just say NO to front license plates. I lived in TX for all my life and my last 8 cars didn’t have front plates. I’m just saying……

With MyQ built into current Model Y, I found it works better than HomeLink. MyQ knows if the garage is open or closed so that’s a definite improvement and it’s controlling the garage door over wifi. Just works better in my opinion.

Why go with smaller wheels and tires?

There is another option…go with MyQ. It will connect over wifi/cellular and if you a fairly new garage door opener is already built in. If not, the MyQ kit is on Amazon for about $29. My friend order it and it works great. You do have to subscribe to MyQ - $179 for 5 years or $349 ( I think)...

Cool upgrade, but I hope Tesla will start to offer options like this from the factory. Taking the entire headliner apart is definitely not an DIY project In my opinion.

Got a price quote to tint the roof for $600 with Lluminar film that had 86% heat rejection (whatever that really means). I thought not a bad price but then he said they have to take down the headliner to get the film over to the edge of the glass roof. Not sure I’m comfortable with tint guys...

My 2023 MYP delivered in March didn’t have the window close feature on lock, but within a two weeks the feature was back. Not sure what was the cause, but glad to have the feature back.

Is your setup 265/40/21 & 295/40/21? Or are you running 50’s on the rears? Did you have your car realigned after you installed the larger tires? I have a 2023 MYP and thinking about going with the same setup.

Those of you that are running the 265/40/21 & 295/40/21 setup, did you have our car’s alignment checked after you installed the tires? Also, has anyone used Discount Tires to do the install? Since the size is not OEM, did you have any trouble finding an installer? Thanks

Actually, I kinda like the new Parking Assist. It’s not perfect but the USS weren’t perfect. I mainly rely on the live camera view anyway and being kinda old school, I’m just very particular how and in what space I park my car. I think Parking Assist and Tesla Vision will definitely improve...

I agree! The Lyriq looked really promising and like the design. I got my $100 back right away. You should call the dealership and ask for the sales manager. Maybe in 3-4 years GM will get it together.
