I figured out the issue. I was turning the lights on in park, and when I switched to drive it would go back to auto lights. Now when I want them on I just have to turn them on AFTER shifting to drive. Weird but workable. Mystery solved.

I went ahead and did it also. It wasn't so bad setting everything back up after all, but the profiles didn't come back over so I had to create them again as well as a few other minor things. But.....I have squiggly lines now too!

I just bought my car last week and don't have proximity alerts either. It downloaded the 12.5 update the day I got it. I rebooted using the 2 buttons with no change. No alerts. If i do a factory reset, won't I lose all my personalized settings after just getting my profile settings the way I like? 😱
