    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

That's terrible by the NL company. There maybe some consultation in the fact that there are a lot more cars in inventory now:

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Looks like five ships arriving in Melbourne from Shanghai in quick succession. Pretty exciting schedule.
  3. A

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Hopefully those dates work out. There are also two additional carriers waiting outside the bay (Glovis Caravel and Bravery Ace) as well as at least three more en route (Sierra Nevada Hwy, RCC Europe, Dream Beauty). Hopefully Turandot can get the next slot on the west side of Webb Dock ahead of...

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Bergamot Ace has unloaded all 400ish Teslas in Melbourne and is leaving Australian waters for its next job. Don Juan has finished unloading in Brisbane and is en route to Port Kembla. Turandot is still at anchorage in Melbourne.

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

It is assumed so based on the type of vessel and departure location. How many roll on in Shanghai and roll off in Brisbane is another question. You can see from the schedule that there are multiple stops in Australian ports for all three of these vessels.

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

There are a pretty steady stream of ships now: Morning Crystal, Paganella and Morning Cherry are next https://armacup.co.nz/schedules/asia-to-oceania

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Nothing would be surprising with Australian ports at this point, but Turandot is probably not unloaded yet. If the M3LR is on Bergamot Ace, your appointment should be scheduled soon.

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

None yet. Maybe now that it's 9-5 Mon-Fri they might start showing up over the course of today

Brisbane is expecting a vehicle carrier (Don Juan) from Shanghai on Wednesday: https://qships.tmr.qld.gov.au/webx/ https://armacup.co.nz/schedules/asia-to-oceania

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Melbourne Update: Turandot waiting in anchorage. Vehicles are most likely still on board. Bergamot Ace is making it's approach to Webb Dock carrying Teslas for 397 folks that have been saved thousands by the port delays.

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

It gets more interesting. Another vehicle carrier was rushed into Appleton dock ahead of the queue: Dover Highway. Turandot seems to have been towed to an Anchorage point in the bay. Perhaps some inspection has occured at Appleton dock but no unloading? It would be a long inspection.

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Hmmm, curious. There hasn't been the flood of posts on this forum associated with Turandot. It was strange that this vessel was "rushed" into port ahead of others in waiting. I wonder what's going on here.

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Turandot has now departed Appleton Dock in Melbourne en route for Port Kembla in Sydney. Fingers crossed for a speedy pass through any congestion.
  14. A

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

According to ports Victoria, Turandot is scheduled to depart on Monday at 10am (local time), so cars will possibly be progressively show up on the RAV check between now and Monday.

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Have you tried putting your VIN into the form on the Mol Ace website? https://www.molace.com/TRK/Search Your car is likely on the Bergamot Ace or Turandot vessel, depending on when you ordered.

Add to this the order in which the ships arrive at port can be different to the order that they depart Shanghai

Thanks @Quickst. Looks like some Teslas are about to land in Melbourne
  19. A

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

The Tirranna vessel has left Appleton Dock B and has made its way out of the bay. Turandot appears to be taking its place. What time was the last position update on the marine website?
  20. A

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

I know what you mean. There are a never ending number of events that can delay the unloading of a RoRo vessel. I would expect the order of the schedule to be relatively consistent (assuming vessels are available to berth) even if the dates continually get extended.
  21. A

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Possibly. That wouldn't explain the Turandot vessel (currently in waters of the NSW coast) being scheduled ahead of the Bergamot Ace vessel which is ready to berth.
  22. A

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

@ev-fanboy: VicPorts scheduling is really random and volatile isn't it? Other vehicle carriers seem to be sliding in ahead of Bergamot Ace for some unknown reason.
  23. A

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

They have similar dimensions. Bergamot Ace 186/28m and Turandot 199/32m. Current schedule for Turandot holding at 27/Jun and Bergamot Ace currently scheduled afterwards on 28/Jun. Subject to change.
  24. A

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Interestingly the Turandot vessel is currently scheduled in for 27/Jun, but the Bergamot Ace vessel is still not back on the schedule. Even though Turandot is currently passing Grafton, NSW and Bergamot Ace has been sitting outside Port Phillip Bay since 17/Jun

[Australia] Model Y - April/May Orders (May-Jun Delivery) Waiting Room

VicPorts has updates their schedule to Comet Ace (without Teslas) instead of Bergamot Ace (containing Teslas) for 26/June. Turandot is currently coming alongside Hervey Bay. Berth dates for both Turandot and Bergamot Ace are unknown at this minute
  26. A

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Damn. False hope by VicPorts. The schedule earlier today included Bergamot Ace now it seems to include Comet Ace.
  27. A

[Australia] Model Y - April/May Orders (May-Jun Delivery) Waiting Room

Bergamot Ace is scheduled to berth on 26/June five days later than expected. Turandot departed Shanghai on 12/June and is currently off the coast of Mackay, Qld. It's expected arrival time to Port Phillip Bay is 25/Jun. A scheduled time at the port for this vessel is not currently available...

    Australia MYRWD March 2023 Orders

Correction: the Turandot vessel was not off the Sunshine Coast at the time of the previous message. Although it is now off the coast of Mackay. ETA to Melbourne 35/June. Actual date that a port will be available is not currently known.

I think that shadab may have been referring to the luxury vehicle depreciation threshold as opposed to the unfortunately similarly named luxury car tax. The luxury vehicle depreciation threshold will be applicable under a novated lease and is increasing from $64,471 to $68,108 on July 1

Further to this, if you have an appointment booked for this week your car most certainly would have made it off the boat.

    Australia MYRWD March 2023 Orders

Melbourne Update: there are currently two vehicle carriers berthed at the port after arriving on the 12th and 16th of this month. Neither is expected to be carrying Tesla vehicles. The numbers are inferred from the VINs which can be done for Mol Ace ships. Unfortunately Morning Crystal and Grand Eagle are not Mol Ace ships. I wouldn't completely lose hope about being on this ship. Based on previous posts on this thread, some people were notified a long time after vessel...

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

    Australia MYRWD March 2023 Orders

Turandot is the most likely vessel for March orders being delivered to Melbourne. Based on comments from other users, vehicle assignment can happen after the vessel is already on its way. My guess is that updates are likely to be in the next one to ten days.
  39. A

[Australia] Model Y - April/May Orders (May-Jun Delivery) Waiting Room

This sounds like the most likely ship. The time that the EDD was updated corresponds with the departure time and the date range corresponds with the arrival time.
  40. A

    Australian Model Y Waiting Room

Your candidate ship would be Turandot. The VIN is sometimes assigned before departure and sometimes after. Delivery is probably the week commencing July 10.
