Rated motor power and actual simultaneously power (When battery/inverter is included) are 2 different things. The P version has "motor power" 470hp while it delivers 420hp (i little more at 100% soc)

It probably does change when set to Insane mode. You should be able to go further if the car deliver power to the motor which has the most efficiency gearing at that given speed. Insane probably deliver max power to both motors.

Sorry, ment right side... Not left. The mirror heater has no separate button, just press the back window heater button and the side mirror heater should be activated. Then look at the winter package side/screen if theres a red mark on the mirrors.

The battery has a label on the front left side, you have look under the car @ the back of your left front wheel.
