Yeah, all the community sleuths that keep an eye on Supercharge Installs had no idea this one was coming. The Johnson Creek one was a bit of a surprise as well. Tesla doesn't publicly disclose when/where they are putting things. You just have sleuths that have contacts and know where to search...

Looks like some site plans have shown up, based on the plans appears it will be a 12 stall setup, maybe v4? based on the pedestal drawings, and located at BJ’s Lafayette Fuel Plaza in Elkhorn (42.692822, -88.500537)

Confirmed via the Tesla WI Facebook Group. Tesla Supercharger equipment is on-site. And based on the screenshots looks like the east end of the parking lot, and 8 stalls. The area is serviced by WE Energies, so I have zero confidence this will open up any time soon. Some time in 2024 I'd wager...

At this point it’s expected with any supercharger that is backed by WE Energies for the utility :/

ah, if it's Alliant it may be quicker. One here in Fitchburg, WI (suburb of Madison). A Supercharger just went up in ~1 month, and that's Alliant Energy (I'm right down the street from it.)

Don't hold your breathe. Sites here in WI have had odd delays outside of the Madison area for whatever reason. Hopefully WE Energies doesn't supply power here as they seem terrible with their end (transformer + meter + final hook up...)

Nice! Could be active any day now. Would be a pretty fast turn around. Really shows how slow WEnergy is for what every reason :(

My favorite time frame estimate, at least when some of the slower utilities involved, is "sometime between tomorrow and the eventual heat death of the universe." :)

I wouldn't count on it. No meter is installed. After one is present Tesla still has to do their work to validate it.

Electricians were working on the SuC cabinets this morning. No transformer on-site yet.

Right now there are huge mounds of snow in the location where they’ll be installing the stalls. Not sure if it will make the proposed Q1 '23 timeframe.

Found by MarcoRP: 12 stalls are planned at the Woodman's on Main, about 2 miles off I-94. The project was approved by the planning commission 3 weeks ago. Approximate GPS: 43.022504, -88.202699

a WI Club member talked to a tech at the site this week and said they are waiting for WPS to install power with an ETA of 2-3 weeks. I presume 'install power' is put the transformer in place.

Yes, Tesla did a big update to the map in early August.
