The are many Superchargers in the DC area. You could visit Laurel on your way up and down 95. There is also a Urban Supercharger in Riverdale, MD if you are near that side of DC. Check supercharge.info (for Tesla Superchargers) and Plugshare.com (Tesla and other chargers) for other options.

Days of construction on supercharge.info is nice to look at but don’t read to much into the numbers. Day 1 of construction is when someone discovers it being built. The pending locations on Tesla's map are just pins placed on the town's name. They have zero relevance to the actual location. The information that I have discovered is through the Miss Utility web site, not the permit of the local jurisdiction.

The chargers provided by the Town of Ocean City now charge $2 per hour to park.

I u I use it everyday on Route 50 between Bowie and the Beltway. It saves me time and mental fatigue almost everyday. Although there is almost NO HOV enforcement, I have been pulled over twice for HOV violations in the last 7 years. As soon as I point out the sticker the State troopers pull away.

Looks like Annapolis is 150kW now. With a 2015 Model S 85 I started at over 120kW after pre warming battery on the drive with software update 2019.12.11. Looks like the other regular Superchargers are now 150kW in DC area.

I have always gone to the MVA in Glen Burnie. You can go directly to the 2nd floor where they do vanity plates and bypass the insanity on the first floor. As long as you have your form filled out, which includes title number, they will give it to you immediately.

It would appear you had your car set to charge to 90%. I believe the charge session was ending as your car was at 90%.

Those are Urban Superchargers, 72kW maximum.
