Same issue. Some people suggested having XM resend the signal. Haven't tried that yet. Still have one channel "Entertainment". Waiting for a fix!

    The decline of Tesla service

My car went into production on a Friday night in November and was completed in less than 24 hours. Shipped to NC in one week. Definitely not my experience at all. Now, on the other hand, I'm still waiting for my plate to transfer/get a new plate. That's a different story, I understand that takes...

8.0 XM Channel List - Where Did it Go?

What does that mean "push the update"? I have the same problem where I just see the "Entertainment" folder with Channel 1 in it. I can click and scroll horizontally through each channel, but it's a terrible experience. I can't seem to find a way to swipe through a list like I can in my F150...

I am mad with Tesla trade in

My initial value only went down about $1000 from Oct to Dec after I put another 1500 miles on it. Not a terrible deal. $4k seems steep. Sorry.

    P100D costs $42,000 more than a 90D?!?

Definitely all about the bragging rights. This is exactly why I went with 90D fully loaded. The only difference between my car and P100DL is the ability to get to 0-60 in 1.6ish seconds less, 15ish extra miles of range, red calipers (which you can add), and the badge. Otherwise, it's exactly the...

    Smart Air Suspension: How important?

After having coils on 70D and picking up 90D with air suspension, I can say the difference is quite noticeable - especially on the highway. Incredibly smooth. Air suspension also seems to be a little quieter over bumps on local roads as well. Very happy I opted for it this time, however, it...

2015 (Nov) Model S70D ~33k mi, Pano, Obsidian black, Blackvue Dash Cams $63k (in NC)

Hi all - unfortunately with my insanely busy work schedule and almost immediate delivery of my 90D, I just opted to trade in 70D. Look for it soon on Tesla's website. Here's a look at the Falcon!

2015 (Nov) Model S70D ~33k mi, Pano, Obsidian black, Blackvue Dash Cams $63k (in NC)

Forgot to mention Autopilot is enabled. I didn't purchase the extended warranty, but the car is still eligible for it. Sorry for my slow responses, I work 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule. Please feel free to DM and I'll get back asap. For those looking for more photos, I'll post more...

Premium ventilated seats vs Next Gen

Was just told today I couldn't upgrade to Premium seats for my 90D that isn't in production but slated for delivery mid-December.

MS 90D Design Studio - Premium Seats

My order confirmed on 11/9. Just emailed my DS after seeing this thread. This was one of the reasons I wanted X or P100D. Ventilated seats would be amazing for NC weather. Hopefully DS will get back tomorrow with update and I'll follow up here.

    A/C dash rattle

It's been over 100 degrees in NC and my condenser has been really loud - low level vibration/hum. My wife also ask's "what's that?" Kind of annoying although it's sweltering outside. Will ask when I bring in for 24k mile check.

    Blackvue DR650GW-2CH Install

Have been running for the last 2-3 months and have also noticed 1-2 miles more of vampire loss but no big deal. I also noticed that it doesn't always connect to my home wifi. I've updated to the latest firmware. When I unplug/replug power to camera it seems to reboot. Not entirely reliable, but...

Blackvue 650 dash cam settings (Security LED)

I've been using the cloud when my car is parked in my garage and can pick up home wifi. During that time I can easily go through videos to look for an "events" and save them to internal memory or cloud if necessary. I've been toying with the idea of leaving a 4G iPad mini in my car at all times...

Blackvue 650 dash cam settings (Security LED)

I was curious as to whether people leave the "Security LED" on during parking/normal mode. I've read that a lot of people disable the blinking lights to make it more obscure. However, since having a dash cam is about increased security, wouldn't a blinking light deter people even further from...

What To Buy For My New Model S

This looks very interesting. It says it's supported by the wipers and by closing inside the door. Have you noticed any issues closing it inside the door? Seems like it wouldn't work great since the windows would have to support it.

Question regarding max amperage capability of the "old" HPWC.

Had dual chargers installed three weeks ago and wish I did it sooner. Drive about 80-100 miles per day and having that quick 60+ m/h charge rate makes a big difference for me. All depends on your usage. Looking forward to this being very useful at destination chargers for road trips in the future.

    Rattle Driving me Bananas

I have what sounds like a fan rattle over rough surfaces. Very difficult to reproduce at SC. Also my entire pano roof has been rattling for months but SC claims they can't hear it. Never rattles while it's there :( Sounds like it's coming from both the front and back of pano roof.

Question regarding max amperage capability of the "old" HPWC.

Ah completely forgot that OP might not have dual chargers installed. Guess regardless of dip switch wouldn't make a difference at all :(
  26. mjcostajr

Question regarding max amperage capability of the "old" HPWC.

Check to make sure the dip switches in the HPWC are set correctly (consult the manual). Also, check to make sure your Tesla is set to 80 amps (or that you have the ability to switch from 40 amps). If the install was done correctly, sounds like a dip switch issue. Should be able to put them into...

DJI Phantom 4 Active Track Tesla Demo

I've wanted to try this with Phantom 3 Pro but without obstacle avoidance it's very risky. Phantom 4 looks great and thinking about pulling trigger on it. Haven't had any issues with P3P so far. Love it.

    Who has funded model 3?

Elon called the Model S & X version 2 and 2.5 - thus making Model 3 the "third" iteration of Tesla's lineup. Maybe Model Y will be 3.5?

Tesla owners who Crossfit (or sweat profusely)

I've been doing the "superman cape" and draping but sometimes I forget to replace the towel in my car or bring one. I don't want seat covers either, but I thought it might be a more fool-proof option for the very sweaty summer months. Typically gets >100 degrees in the gym lol. Very much a first...

Tesla owners who Crossfit (or sweat profusely)

Now that it's starting to warm up in the southeast again, Crossfit workouts have been leaving me drenched. Our gym has no air conditioner and is a traditional "box" - just a couple of big fans to blow the hot air around. I typically carry a towel around in my car to cover my seat, but I was...

Tesla All Weather Mats (original) for sale - SOLD

The front mats extend higher past the bottom of the pedals and utilize Velcro already installed on floor instead of screwing down the mat. The rear also fits much nicer with next gen seat rails. Overall much nicer fit in more recent MS's.

Looking to buy all weather Mats

I just ordered the redesigned all weather mats for my 70D (currently own the previous version - used for two months). When my new ones come in I wouldn't mind parting with my older ones for a good price. Apparently the new ones fit better with the next gen seat rails.

Wall Connector Charging Slowed from 40 amps to 30 amps?

I noticed the same thing the other day, turned out the max amps in car was changed from 40 amp to 30 amp (maybe someone hit it by accident). Did you check your charge settings? (Sorry if this seems too simple but it's what happened with me).

    Supercharger - Warsaw, NC (closed)
