If you like having your blood pressure raised...

Well, that would certainly (maybe) stop all the naysayers predictions of doom and gloom, and just leave us with the "I told you so" brigade. So, who is going to be first and to what degree? Driving a Tesla is, and going solar is only a token. What about refusing to fly, ditching the mobile...

Check if Smart Summon is covered by your insurance company

It may also be illegal to use summon in a public place. I am sure the insurance companies have clever lawyers, especially if an accident occurs and you hit another car or damage property. I hope your cover in writing is not overridden by "operating a motor vehicle in an illegal manner". Lots of...

    Tesla Model 3 in Australia

My anecdotal evidence with long downward slopes is that leaving it in drive and using the accelerator slightly so as regen doesn't slow the vehicle, it still regens and extends the range despite using the accelerator to keep it at desired speed.

    Abnormal consumption Model S P85D

That would be it if you are only making short trips. If you look at the consumption whenever starting out it is always very high for the first few k's then drops back quickly. If you are making a long trip, the high initial numbers are insignificant to the total. I would imagine that if you...

    Etiquette

Regardless of whether you can charge one or two vehicles from the one bowser, how can you park the misplaced vehicle so as the lead reaches to plug in? Even if it could, it doesn't make sense if there is a bowser on the correct side (which could be used in the same manner if there was a space on...

I think it relates to who should have the ability to vote and how each vote is valued. At the moment it is called Democracy. The opposite of Democracy is Tyranny!

    Tesla Model 3 in Australia

No, seller has the right with no obligation to state the reasoning. Buyer has obligation to prove another law empowers him/her to remain there.

    Tesla Model 3 in Australia

Nothing to shoot down. It is exactly right that the offer is by the customer and acceptance is by the seller. Not only that, but if it was in a bricks and mortar premises and the seller didn't like the customer for whatever reason, the seller could ask the customer to leave, failing which, the...

    Tesla Model 3 in Australia

Without wanting to argue, it is simply not correct. ACCC would not be interested unless there was a breach of the retail law which would be deceptive and misleading behaviour, goods not as advertised or cannot do what is represented that can be done. The idea that if a seller makes an error they...

No. There must be an offer, acceptance and consideration paid. It would be unlikely that Tesla would accept $3k for a car.

If it was an EFT from and to one of the big 4 banks or their subsidiaries, it will show in their account on Sat. morning. If it was from a non bank or a credit co-op etc, you would need to check with them if they use the BECS system for EFT's for it to show on Sat.

Driving Melbourne to Brisbane in 45 Celcius heat

In that case, you need to drive carefully. One option would be to tie the wheel down somehow using the baby seat fixing points on the back of the back seats (they are in little slits hard to see). Ratchet straps maybe. Then you have 2 dogs to restrain as well.

The most you get from a 10 amp household plug is 10 (11 if you are lucky) kms added per hour of charging. From a 15 amp power point (not that common in houses) it will be 15 (16) kms per hour of charging. To get more you will need to stop at a site that has more output than 15 amps with an...

    Insurance quotes for Australian M3?

Of course it is. How would a rep know the reasons and basis an underwriter covers. One known reason is that the time for spare parts to become available, has been too long for some insurers, so cars are written off with greater loss than normally otherwise. My policy rolled over a few weeks ago...

    Insurance quotes for Australian M3?

That is probably true for new covers, but it may be possible if you call them and ask if they will insure for a Collingwood football club member. They are major sponsors. If so, join up on the level that suits to get the membership number. I am insured at circa .77% of agreed value.
