We visited Ruby Falls (Aug 2022) and really enjoyed it. We saw lots of road signs and took the risk. There is an EV charger in the parking lot that we actually got to work.

On the way back home from the eclipse my wife and I stayed at the Homewood Suites in Amarillo on April 9. The storm cells were awful. We prayed for no hail.

We ended up with great skies for the eclipse in Hillsboro Texas. It was cloudy in the morning but as it got closer to the eclipse there were large patches of clear blue sky. We met a couple who flew from Paris to see the eclipse. .

I stopped by and took some photos of the Tesla superchargers. Sorry about the poor photos; I was being yelled at by the security guard for being in a construction zone. Good location; away from parking and away from the gas traffic.
