In Florida. Got VIN last night, completely unexpected, 346xxx. LR 6, black, cream. June 24 to July 2 is the window. We shall see. So I was planning on subscribing for FSD. If and when I get the car do I just subscribe? And then I'll get the auto lane change and NOA immediately while I wait for FSD?

As an update, initially the vin stayed on my account and so I was optimistic it would be rerouted to FL. Unfortunately yesterday it got removed and now I am back in the queue I guess. Sigh.

The navigating on the car shows the supercharger as available while it was unavailable till a couple of days ago. If anybody needs me to, I can physical confirm tomorrow. Just let me know if you need me to.

I would for 400 mile range/newer MCU but at a price point of around 75K.

At this point it's still a bit of a gimmick imo. It's a little too slow (and rightly so) for real use in parking lots of supermarkets or malls. Not sure about inclines. Doubtful about speed bumps. It most definitely won't navigate potholes. I doubt it will know one way in parking lots.

Its a bit of a wash, either pay the remaining lease payments early to get out and get tax refund or wait till I finish paying lease payments by which time tax credit is no longer available.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question. Should I take delivery before the end of the year to avail the tax credit or placing the order before year end is enough? Have a lease on another car till Oct 19, so ideally placing it as late as possible helps.

The later you take delivery in a quarter I think the higher the quality issues. So depending on when you take delivery, if there is a next time, quality control might be better. I took delivery of a silver car sep 25th last year. No paint issues. Although I may have missed stuff.

Have had phantom braking maybe 2 times in the last year I've had the car. Not sure of the circumstances. I use follow distance of 4 mostly and 3 occasionally.

Yes. Off my freeway, on the exit it went from 65 to 55 to 50 to 45 to 35 to 25 by the time I came to intersection. Previously used to tap down to 50 on TACC myself as soon as I got on the exit and it would stay at 50 till I took over at intersection.

Same here. I am on 18.14 and TACC and autosteer have been slowing down on curves for me before this release too. Whether its a big curve in freeway or a big curve on exit off freeway. I have literally a circular ramp on to the freeway and whatever I set the speed to, it takes the curve at 40-45 mph.

Not related to firmware as I am on 2018.14.2 and this has happened to me a couple of times before. Randomly. Usually just try to reboot it or give it some time and it works fine.
