WTF??!! Why aren't many of the new system features available in Czechia?

Today I performed a retrofit from HW2 to HW3 in my Model X 2017 and now I would like to see what the computer actually does.

Thank you, EU, for further bans. We will wait for BMW and other manufacturers to create similar software, until then Tesla will be prohibited from using smart summon etc.
