    Working conditions, harassment etc are regulated by law (see Arbetsmiljöverket - Startsida - Arbetsmiljöverket ) in sweden, not by unions. After 45 years as a union member, I think it's only useful for negotiating salary levels, part of pensions, working hours etc centrally.
