A 200 stall site certainly merits a "Yeeeehaw!" Agreed in that it seems rather large for the location.

If you are correct, the location name for this Supercharger should be changed to Yeehaw Junction. I'm not aware of naming any Supercharger location after the county. Okeechobee is both the county and a town located 33 miles south of this location.

Location marker is erroneous. The actual is on the east side of Okeechobee, FL off of Hwy 70, next to Bills Mini-Mart. Yeehaw Junction is 33 miles north of Okeechobee.

Agreed not just for this location. In a non-busy Supercharger station, it would be nice to set the charge rate by time to allow for a one hour meal or shop.

Agreed. The backups usually start around here and spread to Disney. I've taken this Hwy 27N exit many times to bypass the mess, then over to 429. And yes, I was a fan of SNL-The Californians.

Holy moly, At 44¢/kWh, that is the highest rate I've seen at a Supercharger on the East Coast. This is almost quadruple local residential rates. Sure hope this isn't the new normal.

I've charged at SAV Airport a few months ago. While a pass is required for entry, they will waive the fee for Tesla's charging there, provided you haven't been there for more than a couple of hours. The chargers are under roof on the ground floor, too, convenient in case of inclement weather...

It appears that the St. Aug Premium Outlets area St. Aug closes nightly and barricades the south and center entrances with a cable across the road. I ran by there on a late night run at end of Aug 2021 around 11pm. Was able to gain access via north entrance. The entry side was blocked, but...

Seems laughable to have Superchargers on an island 15 miles across. That is until you find out that the island owner (well, most of it anyway) is on the Tesla board and also co-founder Oracle. Mucho dinero can get you just about anything.

If I were the owner of the McDonalds right next door, a couple of destination chargers might pull some extra customers in, if and when the Superchargers go offline. At about 50 miles charge per hour, a long lunch will at least get you to Wilmington.

I drove by there this Sunday 8/14 afternoon. The utility meter is in place and the transformer is humming. Pedestals are not yet labeled so not sure if that fourth one is 2B or not 2B. I'm sure this detail will Shake out soon. (First post. I'll get better with the pics.)
