I have had the same experience. My S/A answers my text within an hour. Same with phone calls. Tesla should really monitor this. It’s not that hard to have everyone operate this way.

I doubt any Model X will get delivered until early Dec when the push will be on for deliveries at year end. It seems like anyone who ordered since April has a Jan 2022 delivery date. Maybe the Jan 2022 Cars will get pushed into year end.

Ordered a Model X LR today and was told delivery is Jan. They also said it could be earlier but that production has not started on the X only the S. I also have a RIVIAN on order but delivery keeps moving back. Waiting to see which comes first.

I think there is a good chance you will see the Car by June 2022 before you see it in June 2021.

So I guess a new Model X order placed today is Jan 2022. I’m basing this on the fact that there are at least 4 months of back orders in the system. I have been trying to decide between the RIVIAN RIS and The X.
