I have the same experience. In 19.32.11 the browser, changelog and usermanual was completely dead. (also in the months before) Yesterday I got 19.32.11.1 and they are actually working. Browser is actually halfway useable.

I havent been able to open pages on web browser, my user manual or SW update changelogs for at least 3 months. No number of rebots, power offs, sketchpad tricks or recent SW updates have solvded this. My car is 1 year and 9 months old. I really wish was something I can do to fix this.

I wouldn’t worry. At the current state of affairs there is no practical difference for the user between a 2.0 and 2.5 car. If upgraded HW will be required to achieve the advertised EAP / FSD features, and you have purchased the features, Tesla will upgrade your HW FOC.
